EVERYTHING from the Food to the Service to the Atmosphere was FANTASTIC!!! I visited the North Charleston FATZ with my Family and I couldn't have been happier! Morris was are server and he took care of us with kid gloves. And lastly, the price. When the bill came and I took a look at it, I thought there was a mistake, I thought that there was no way that this was the right price, but it was. It was so low, I was able to leave Morris a bigger tip! GREAT JOB FATZ....I WILL BE RETURNING IN THE NEAR FUTURE!!!!!

I just wanted to tell you what a great job you are doing in Warner Robins. It is so hard to go out and get a great meal and good service in this town. Fatz is always great and consistent. The service is always above the bar and food prepared perfect. We try to come on Sunday nights and they always allow us to get the Sunday Specials after 4pm. The manger Brooke is their every Sunday and always says hello and how great it is to see us. The gentlemen at the door are always smiling and we never have to open our own door. This is just a top notch place to go. Keep up the good work!!!!

Our school's Relay for Life team sponsored a breakfast this morning and I was a volunteer. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed my experience, along with the food. Everyone was so nice, helpful and friendly. I had the most contact with Corey, who cooked the pancakes, and Susan, who coordinated everything for us. But even as other staff came in to begin preparing lunch, they were all friendly to us as well. My husband and I are planning a breakfast for our Sunday School Class to go to camp this Summer and I can hardly wait! Thank you so much for your hospitality and for providing this service to our community. When Fatz took the french onion soup off the menu, I said I would not return because it was my favorite, and the best I've ever had. My experience was so pleasant this morning, and I remembered all the other great items you have on the menu, I will definitely be returning soon.

My family has had the pleasure of dining at your Pooler, GA restraunt on many occasions. We have introduced members of my family to your restraunts (they found one close to them, closer to Atlanta). However, I must say last night we received the best service we have received, to date. Our servers name was LIncoln and he was fantastic. He was gracious, friendly, and professional. He projects a feeling of pride in what he does that was refreshing and honorable. He made both of my girls (7 and 10) feel like they mattered and they asked us to give him a bigger than normal tip, which we did with pride. Thank you for the great food and amazing service.

I wanted to comment on the excellent service that I received at Fatz on Tuesday evening. I traveled to Greensboro for a business meeting and I was desperate to find a nice place to have dinner at. I saw a sign on the highway for Fatz so I immediately got off of the exit. Once I walked into Fatz, the atmosphere was perfect! Iove the dimmed light look. My server (Mariah) greeted as soon as I was comfortable in my booth. She was full of personality and very friendly. I ordered a sirloin and the meat was tender and my baked potatoe was mouth watering. I want to commend this Fatz on excellent service all around.

My familiy has been raving about the amazing food at Fatz.. So when I came into town a few days ago I was looking forward to giving it a try. I was blown away not only by the calabash chicken and rolls but by the outstanding service. Our server Jelesa was so sweet and patient. We had tons of questions and she was able to answer them and did not pressure us to order fast. She allowed me to sample the gumbo because I was not sure if i would like it. I LOVED IT! The manager David was also very nice! He made sure everyone enjoyed everything. The Fatz team was great! we'll be back!!!!!!!

I am a veteran and critic of the food service industry. Our recent dining experience at Fatz in North Charleston was one of the best All Around experiences my family and I have experienced in a long time. They were busy, but we didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for a table. EVERY employee we encountered was pleasant, smiling and helpful. The restaurant was clean including the bathrooms. Our server (Shaia) was outstanding. Though busy, she acted like she had all the time in the world for us and kept the most genuine smile at all times. The meal was delicious and presented nicely. I can’t remember the last time I went to a full service restaurant and felt like I got my money’s worth. I did at FATZ that night!!! Much Kudos to Shaia and the management!!!

I wanted to let you know that I just had lunch at Fatz in NC and left very happy. I worked with Fatz for many, many years and it was like walking back in time. My server Jack was awesome!!!!! Did not have to ask for anything, because he already had it for me! Things have not changed a bit. The atmosphere was comfortable, food was great, and I got to have the same thing that I used to order years ago! I was able to get in and get out quickly!!! It is amazing that the quality and service is still amazing! Great Job! On a side note, I wish that you had a location in S. Charlotte. We need a Fatz there soon!

We will be back and we are looking forward to having Emily as our server!!!

FATZ is our favorite place to eat! We have eaten at several lociations, Greenville, Johnson City, Kingsport, TN + on our travels in SC. We have NEVER been dispointeed. Every FATZ we have gone to has been consistent in all the important areas when dining out. The food, atmosphere, service cannot be beat and last but not least the best bang for the buck!! We have actually driven over an hour from Knoxville to Greenville just to have a meal @ FATZ. Our only compliant is there is not a FATZ in Knoxville, SO when are you coming to KNOXVILLE,TN???? We need you here. We promise to be weekly customers !! We continue to spread the good word everywhere we go.....want a great meal, good service for a good price go to FATZ!

Today we (my husband, son - who is only 1 and I) went to visit our local FATZ and had the opportunity to try some of the new items from the menu.
We tried the Prince Prime Rib - which was Muy Excellente!!!!
We then tried the shooter sampler (4 for 3.99 vs. 1.19 each - hello! I'm getting 4!) Another excellent choice!!!
Thanks so very much for having sent out the e-mail letting us know what was new. Because of the e-mail I was able to arrive, place my usual drink order (decaf coffee and a glass of ice, please), then order up w/ out ever having to look at the menu.
I suggested the Prime Rib Stew to my husband, who gets soup of some kind most of the time. He said he would have to try it next time. I know that I will be trying it very soon as well.
6 Thumbs up from our family!!! By the way, the baby goes nuts over the rolls. We usually have to fight him for our own portion of the basket as he usually grabs for the basket and want to gobble them down as fast as his little hands can get the cooled down rolls to his mouth - this is always too cute!

All Fatz locations score top notch on food quality, friendly and fast service and a relaxing, quiet atmosphere. Our family especially loves meeting at the Shelby, N.C., Fatz. And I have to compliment service manager Jennifer Laws on her never-failing effort to stop by and check in when we're there. She makes a point to check on my grandparents when they eat there alone, and my grandparents always look for her when they stop in, which is often. Kudos to Jennifer on customer service and kudos to the Shelby Fatz for getting it right every time.

My husband took me to Fatz for my birthday dinner. When we arrived we were greeted and the doors opened for us. The staff there all wished me a Happy Birthday! Of course I had the Calabash chicken! So delicious! A beautifully light breading and fried to perfection! Our service was so good it was like we were the only ones there but it was quite busy. The fried mushrooms are the best we've ever had! You know they're good when you cut them in half and the breading stays on the mushroom. The "Tiger" sauce is fabulous! Our servers were fast, polite and efficient! The whole staff was so friendly we felt like we were out with a bunch of friends! I have to say this was one of the finest birthday dinners I've ever had! Please pass on our gratitude to the staff. We will be back SOON!!!

My boyfriend and I went to the Fatz in Lexington, SC last night. Our server was Danny and he was wonderful. We always love going to Fatz, the service is always amazing, the atmosphere is fabulous, and the food is delicious. We had the Firecracker sticks, which I recommend to anyone, as an appetizer. I had the chicken wrap the the smashed redskin potatoes which is fantastic. My boyfriend had the Carolina Mahi Mahi which is so good. Most people would not think of Fatz for delicious seafood but it was better than anything you would find at a traditonal seafood place.
My family and I love Fatz but we especially love this one. You can find great food at any restaurant, but the service and atmosphere make this a fantastic dinning experience.

I am very impressed! My thirteen year old son and I had lunch at Fats and everything was outstanding!!! The food was delicious and our waitress was so friendly! We live near the Mall on the other side of town so Fats is a good 20 minute drive from our home. We had eaten here years ago when it first opened and the food wasn't so good. But today we happened to be close to Fats and took a gamble on going here for lunch. I wanted to say how happy I am from having lunch at this restaurant. The manager even came to the table to see how everything was. Unfortunately all I could do was nod because I had a mouthful of yummy food!!! Just wanted to let you know!! Thanks!

We visited the Fatz cafe in Lexington SC August 7th at 4:30 PM. Our son in law suggested we try it. We found a casual family oriented atmosphere that was very comfortable. Our server Jeff was attentive and stopped by frequently to check on us. Our salads were fresh and crisp with delicious cherry tomatoes. We have had less than fresh and often wilted salads at other restaurants. Salads are one of the ways we judge a restaurant. My grilled asparagus was to “die for” with just the right amount of garlic and lemon sauce. My battered shrimp was also excellent – lightly battered so the shrimp was the star. Harry's baby-back ribs were better than his. And that is saying something as he is known as the King of Ribs in our family. Excellent food, comfortable atmosphere and an attentive server, what more could one want? The best was yet to come. Harry asked a man cleaning the table next to us, if he was the manager. We had been discussing if there were any Fatz cafes in Florida and wanted to know the answer. Chief introduced himself, asked where we were from and handed us a directory of Fatz cafes. After looking it over we discovered that we had been in Blairsville GA and Murphy NC in the past week and would have eaten at the Fatz cafes there if we had know they existed. The conversation continued and the relationship began. Southern Hospitality doesn't begin to describe what we experienced. We found a friend and can't wait to return to Lexington and the Fatz cafe there. And as we travel, we will use our directory to find other Fatz cafes.
