TAYLORS, SC – Cafe Enterprises Inc. proudly announces the appointment of Fred T. Grant, Jr. as Chief Financial Officer of FATZ®, a contemporary casual restaurant concept that acts as a home away from home for guests across 49 communities in the Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia.

Grant, a licensed Certified Public Accountant, brings more than 20 years of experience in finance to FATZ®. Prior to joining the team in November 2011, Grant served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Perkins & Marie Callenderʼs Inc. and Chief Financial Officer and Division President of Ryanʼs Family Steak Houses, a division of Buffets Inc.
