“We are thrilled with Lisaʼs promotion to Controller,” said Fred T. Grant, Jr., Chief Financial Officer of Cafe Enterprises. “Her helpful attitude, prior experience and knowledge of our financial systems made Lisa a natural fit for this new position.”
Sales has been with FATZ® for almost two years, previously serving as Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. She brings more than 20 years of financial experience to her new role at FATZ®, having served as Assistant Controller for both Ryanʼs Family Steak Houses, a division of Buffets Inc., and Tire Centers, LLC.
