FATZ® Easley will reopen its doors to members of the community on April 1, 2011, after temporarily closing for a major remodel of the exterior and interior of the restaurant, which is located at 5051 Calhoun Memorial Parkway in Easley, S.C. Renovations include a refreshed bar area, brand new patio and banquet room along with new table tops, lighting and updated color palette to offer guests a fresh, modern and welcoming atmosphere.
FATZ® Easely will kick off reopening celebrations
with a Grand Reopening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, to be held Friday,
April 1, at 10 a.m. As the official opening of the newly revamped
restaurant, guests will be able to tour the restaurant's new
additions and updates, sample FATZ® hor
d'oeuvres and meet with FATZ®
executives and Easley's very own Miss Easley. The restaurant will
reopen for dinner, allowing regulars and guests to be among the
first to experience the new FATZ®
Easley.
The celebration continues on Saturday, April 2,
from 2 to 4 p.m., where the Clemson Tiger mascot and cheerleaders
will help celebrate the reopening, complete with exciting giveaways
and photo opportunities. Throughout the rest of the
week until April 10, FATZ® Easley will
be giving away Clemson University and University of South Carolina
memorabilia, baseball tickets and FATZ® gift
certificates, while WSSL-FM and WESC-FM will be on-site April 2 and
April 9 to give away tickets to the upcoming Zac Brown Band
concert. In addition to coming out for special events
and prizes, sports fans and happy hour goers can experience the
renovated restaurant while dining on the new patio, lined with flat
screen TVs and featuring a new patio menu that includes
bar-friendly FATZ® favorites and drink
specials.
In addition to the restaurant's renovation,
FATZ® recently introduced a new
expanded menu that brings back FATZ®
favorites from menus past and offers 24 brand new items. The
menu boasts a variety of items made with quality ingredients,
ranging from hand-chopped salads and sizzling appetizers to fresh
seafood dishes and housemade desserts. As a result of industry
trends and guests' feedback, FATZ® now
offers a new "Lite Side" menu for health conscious guests looking
for lite and delicious options. These 10 menu items are all under
550 calories, packed with flavor and leave guests feeling full
while maintaining their diet goals.
