FATZ® HAS RAISED OVER $1 MILLION IN SHORT STACKS FOR BIG CHANGE PANCAKE BREAKFAST FUNDRAISERS

TAYLORS, SC – Partnering with many organizations through the Short Stacks For Big Change fundraiser program, FATZ® is proud to announce it has raised more than $1,000,000 to benefit local communities across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia. FATZ® introduced the idea of Short Stacks for Big Change in 2009 with the specific purpose of making a difference and helping the local community grow where each of its 49 restaurants are located.
Early on Saturday mornings, Operating Partners and FATZ® employees open their restaurant hours before their scheduled shift to flip pancakes with volunteers from various local organizations, transforming FATZ® into a hot spot for hotcakes. FATZ® staff volunteer alongside members of the community to raise money for organizations ranging from youth sporting events and church mission trips to The United Way and counseling services for military heroes. FATZ® values the opportunity to strengthen its surrounding areas and will continue to raise even more money to touch the lives of its community members.
