FATZ® HOSTS FIRST WEDDING CEREMONY AT WARNER ROBINS LOCATION September 23, 2011

TAYLORS, SC – For the first time in FATZ® history of 23 years, the restaurants are excited to host the wedding of locals Tonya Braddy and Steven Steinbach at the 2715 Watson Blvd location in Warner Robins, Ga. On Oct. 8, 2011, from 10 – 11 a.m., the couple will exchange vows at the restaurant where their love began.

The last thing Tonya and Steven expected on June 19, 2010, was to fall in love on their first date at FATZ® in the corner bar booth. Four-and-a-half hours later, a few shift changes and an extremely friendly staff, the two had the best date ever. Since then, they sit in that same booth every time they eat at FATZ® and are reminded of the wonderful night they met. When Steven proposed, and Tonya said yes, the wedding plans started. Since FATZ® holds such a special place in both of their hearts, they couldnʼt think of better place to have a wedding.

 

General Manager David Shaver was on vacation when he received the call that someone wanted to have a wedding at FATZ®. He was so thrilled, he called Tonya immediately and said, "We would love to host your wedding, when do you want to do it?" The FATZ® staff has been extremely accommodating in Steven and Tonyaʼs celebration planning.


The wedding party includes son of the bride, Braylon Braddy, walking Tonya down the aisle, daughter of the bride and maid of honor, Courtney Braddy; daughter of the groom and flower girl, Lily Steinbach; and best man, Rodney Black. The reception will follow immediately after the ceremony with lunch; the dining area will open be at regular hours of operation.
