FATZ® introduced the idea of the Short Stacks for Big Change
Fundraiser in 2009 with the specific purpose of making a difference
and helping the local community grow where every restaurant is
located. Since its inception, FATZ® has raised more than $800,000
for charities and community organizations. FATZ® opens daily at 11
a.m. serving lunch and dinner to regulars, but on Saturdays, FATZ®
staff volunteer alongside members of the community to raise money
for organizations ranging from local schools to The United Way.
