FATZ® HOSTS SHORT STACKS FOR BIG CHANGE TO BENEFIT CUB SCOUTS PACK 303 February 08, 2012

TAYLORS, SC - FATZ® is pleased to host a pancake breakfast at the 212 Wall Street restaurant in Camden, S.C., on Feb. 18, 2012, to benefit Cub Scouts Pack 303. From 7:30 – 10:30 a.m., FATZ® will open its doors to members of the community and transform into a hotspot for hotcakes to raise money to support the Cub Scouts Pack 303. With more than one hundred scouts making up pack 303 and divided into four groups, Tiger, Wolfs, Bears and Webloʼs, the pack continues to strive to achieve the quality unit award. Proceeds from the breakfast will be used to help the group of young men reach goals to crossover as a Boy Scout where they embark on a different journey in making them fine young men and outstanding citizens.

Tickets for Short Stacks for Big Change, a pancake breakfast fundraiser, are $7 and can be purchased by contacting Mike at Ups237@aol.com. All attendees are encouraged to bring a donation to fuel FATZ® fundraising efforts for Boy Scouts Pack 303.

FATZ® introduced the idea of Short Stacks for Big Change in 2009 with the specific purpose of making a difference and helping the local community grow where every restaurant is located. Since its inception, FATZ® has raised more than $1,000,000 for charities and community organizations. FATZ® opens daily at 11 a.m. serving lunch and dinner to regulars, but on Saturdays, FATZ® staff volunteer alongside members of the community to raise money for organizations ranging from local schools to The United Way.
